Likes and Dislikes on Podcasting: This seems pretty basic. It is very simple and the website makes it very easy to imbed. Seems there are many other more useful tools. I'd likely prefer to simply post a recorded video from webcam to provide a better engagement. Another dislike is that listening takes more time. I believe people can read much quicker and have better retention over just listening to it. Imbedding audio probably was more useful when bandwidth was far more limited.
